RDM Hospitality officially announced the Arizona debut of The Guest House, on January 9, 2026. Building on its presence in Austin and Las Vegas, The Guest House will be located in the former Etta Scottsdale space, bringing its energy-driven social dining experience to Arizona in a debut that marks the brand’s national expansion and sets the tone for a new era of atmosphere-forward hospitality.

The Scottsdale opening signifies the next evolution of the space previously known as Etta, now fully transformed into The Guest House brand. Designed to encourage the rhythm of a night out, the space pairs warm lighting, lush greenery, and layered textures with curated art and polished finishes, all anchored by a dynamic soundscape engineered to enhance conversation. As day turns to evening, music builds, the atmosphere deepens, and the experience shifts effortlessly from social dining to a vibrant lounge-like energy, creating an environment intentionally crafted for connection.

At The Guest House, our goal has always been to create spaces where people feel welcome and connected,” says Raj Kumar, Founder in a statement. “Scottsdale is a city that appreciates great food, beautiful environments, and memorable nights out. We felt it was the perfect next home for the brand. This isn’t just dinner. It’s an evening that builds.

Under the helm of Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller, The Guest House Scottsdale menu will feature elevated New American cuisine based on old classics and building upon the brand’s signature culinary ethos rooted in quality, innovation, and the freshest ingredients. Highlights include Tuna and Caviar Cones, the Butcher’s Best Wagyu steak program, and tableside dish preparations that enhance the immersive dining experience. Alongside new menu items that celebrate the flavors and influences of the region, guests can expect The Guest House favorites including TGH Buttermilk Chicken Tenders, Spicy Rigatoni, and the popular Wagyu Pastrami and Cheesesteak. The Guest House’s menu will be accompanied by a beverage program showcasing an assortment of standout cocktails, each elevated by a thoughtful presentation that creates an engaging, memorable moment.

Every new Guest House opening gives us the chance to push the boundaries of what modern American dining can be. We’re taking familiar flavors and reimagining them through a fresh, sensory-driven lens with a menu that is bold and celebrates technique but never loses sight of enjoyment.” says Todd Mark Miller, Executive Chef. “Whether it’s a raw bar classic, a reimagined favorite, or something entirely new, each dish is built with intention—balanced flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a presentation that elevates the entire experience.

The opening of The Guest House Scottsdale follows the success of its Austin and Las Vegas counterparts, and with additional markets on the horizon, the brand continues to expand its footprint while remaining true to its founding principle: creating experiences that feel as natural as they are unforgettable. With refined interiors, an elevated culinary direction, and an ambiance designed to invite both intimacy and vibrance, The Guest House Scottsdale captures the spirit of modern dining culture where experience is as essential as flavor.

The Guest House Scottsdale will be located at 15301 N. Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. For more information, visit https://www.welcometgh.com/ or follow @welcometgh on Instagram.
