Co-founder and Chef Yiyi Wang who refined her skills in Michelin-starred kitchens such as Manresa and Jean-Georges, designed the Ricemill menu with a playful approach to bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. Drawing on this elite training, she’s expertly crafted rice bowls that are deliciously accessible at just $11 to $15.
“We can’t wait for our guests to experience our unique rice bowls, made with passion and creativity, and to be part of a community that values both connection and great food,” said Co-Founder and Chef Yiyi Wang of Ricemill.
On the menu are chef-crafted signature bowls like the savory Seoul Garlic Chicken or the Shanghai-Style Steak, or create their own custom rice bowls to suit their own tastes.
With fresh ingredients made from scratch daily, the interactive experience is where guests can customize their perfect rice bowl in three simple steps. First, choose the base: Ricemill’s signature “Select Blend,” a balanced mix of aromatic Asian long and short-grain rice, or opt for brown rice, rice noodles, greens, or mix two. Next, pick a premium protein such as Seared Steak Umami Roast Chicken, Pan-Seared Shrimp, Original Crispy Chicken, or Szechuan Tofu. Bowl creations can be enhanced with a variety of toppings like pickled radish, sautéed zucchini, edamame, cucumbers, spinach, sautéed mushrooms, purple cabbage, sweet and sour eggplant, and sweet corn. The final step is to pick from Ricemill’s array of housemade sauces—choose one or combine options like Signature Szechuan Mala Sauce, House K-Style Hot Sauce, Honey Chili Aioli, Yuzu Miso Sauce, and Caramelized Scallion Sauce—for a flavorful finishing touch.
Sides include shrimp crisps for sauce dipping and to complement every rice bowl while desserts like Chocolate, Vanilla, and Thai Tea Rice Pudding will be available to finish every meal with a sweet treat. For beverages, Ricemill will offer handcrafted milk teas and complimentary refills.
Digital pick-up orders, group catering, and deliveries through a third-party service will also be available between 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for lunch and dinner, from Monday through Sunday.
