Fresh off of opening a new location in Mesa, Salad and Go is getting ready to open two more locations in Phoenix, including a location in Chandler.

The popular fast-casual restaurant opened its fourth store of 2024, and 56th Valley location, last week on June 12 in Mesa at 1956 S. Country Club Road. Despite the recent opening, Salad and Go is still planning to open three more locations in Arizona, including two in the greater Phoenix area at 4965 South Arizona Avenue in Chandler and 2526 North 75th Avenue in Phoenix, according to the company’s website. A third location is coming to Tucson at Broadway & Alvernon.

The Chandler site will be built on a vacant plot of land, while the Phoenix location will move into the former home of Aaron’s furniture store on the outskirts of the Desert Sky Mall. There’s no exact timeline for these two new locations, but they will open before the end of the year. When they do, customers can expect delicious, healthy, and crave-able salads made by award-winning Executive Chef Daniel Patino, who designed the menu with a focus on unique flavor combinations that truly showcase ingredients to make salads memorable.

“I’ve been very fortunate to travel and cook with different ingredients of the world,” according to the company’s website. “The one common thing that brings people together is food. You have to get out of your comfort zone and explore the different cultural flavors to appreciate yours. I wanted to show people that healthy food can taste great and be good for you. I wanted to bring the drive of top-notch restaurants to people on a daily basis.”
