Salad And Go’s rapid expansion throughout the Valley shows no signs of slowing down. What Now Phoenix has obtained real estate intel that suggests a new location will go up at the southwest corner of West Camelback Road and 99th Avenue off Loop 101.

The healthy fast-food chain will be joining tenants at Columbia Plaza, a high-traffic shopping center anchored by Goodwill and The Home Depot. Shoppers who frequent this space can already dine at the likes of Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Jimmy John’s and Starbucks, so it will be nice to see a more wholesome option with fresh salads and wraps.

A great year-round dining option, Salad And Go would be a convenient choice for folks who are on their way to a Spring Training game at nearby Camelback Ranch or looking for something light on the way home from a Cardinals game at State Farm Stadium. The drive-thru chain offers nine salad options, which can all be ordered as wraps and topped with chicken or tofu. They also have breakfast wraps, chili, fresh lemonades, and organic teas.

The 3,600 square-foot pad that Salad And Go has just secured still needs to be built, so this potential location will likely not open until sometime in 2023. Representatives for Salad And Go could not be reached for comment.
