Salt and Lime Modern Mexican Grill has announced plans to expand to 5031 N. 44th Street at the Camelback Village Center in the first quarter of 2024.
Owner Sandra Van Deraa told What Now Phoenix, “Customers can expect the same fun and vibrant atmosphere as the Shea location as well as an exceptional dining experience that combines traditional and modern Mexican dishes prepared with authentic flavors and quality ingredients, and of course, great margaritas!”
When asked if they currently have plans after this opening Van Deraa said, “Not at this time, but once we’re open and fully operating, I’m open to explore more opportunities.”
The new location will be completely remodeled to remain true to the first location at 9397 E Shea Blvd, Suite 115. There will also be both dine-in and takeout options, as well as indoor main dining and bar and outdoor seating.
Established in 2014, and known for bringing the taste of Mexico to Arizona, menu highlights include daily specials including Margarita Mondays and Taco Tuesdays. They also offer brunch, lunch, dinner, happy hour and drink menus, with items such as mini enchiladas, specialty tacos, tamales, and margaritas.
