S.A.L.T. will be joining forces with new brewery Catalyst Crafted Ales located at 1845 E. Broadway Road, #106 in Tempe.
Opening in October according to Phoenix New Times, the seafood taco shop was formerly a taco truck, now turned into a brick-and-mortar partnership.
Owner Enrique Uresti formerly worked in corporate banking, and opened his food truck before the pandemic, with aspirations of having a storefront someday. Uresti got involved with the brewery through a connection with Catalyst Crafted Ales partner Kreg Bahm.
The acronym S.A.L.T. stands for Salt And Land Tacos, which is reflective of their menu. According to a post on Catalyst Crafted Ales’ Instagram, some offerings will include crispy carne asada fries, shrimp burrito, and octopus taco.
