The owners of Sushiholic, a modern Japanese restaurant in Arcadia Village, are working on a new location in Scottsdale, at 1455 N Scottsdale Road, Suite 115.

The company’s second location is set to move into the former home of Bitters Cocktail Bar & Food later this year, according to a recently approved liquor license application. Sushiholic Scottsdale will share a building with New York Bagels N Bailys and Fellow Osteria & Pizzeria. This will be an excellent location for the sushi restaurant, considering there’s limited competition and high foot traffic coming from the two adjacent hotels, SpringHill Suites Phoenix Scottsdale and Element Scottsdale at SkySong.

This is the latest from Joseph and Masa Kim, who own several Asian concepts around Phoenix, including Yasuo Sushi & Tapas in Scottsdale’s Mercado Del Lago Mall and Sushi Vibe in Uptown Plaza. Instead of working on spin-off concepts, the duo focuses on expanding its original restaurant at 3957 E Camelback Rd. Customers can expect the same delicious food, drinks, and excellent customer service at the new location.

When the new Sushiholic Scottsdale opens, customers will find everything from potato wrap shrimp to hirame truffles. The restaurant specializes in variations of sushi and bento boxes, where customers can pick one entree, sushi, and side. Happy Hour, which runs from 2 pm to close, features a handful of white and red wines, plus specials on sushi and appetizers, such as spicy garlic edamame, monkey brain, rock shrimp, and more. Sushiholic also offers a gluten-free menu, family combos, and a kid’s menu.
