Tacos Barbon, a Goodyear-based restaurant that offers authentic Mexican street tacos with high-quality char-grilled meats, is getting ready to open a new location in Buckeye.
The company’s second brick-and-mortar will be the first standalone site, according to an announcement on social media earlier this month. Owner Isai Martinez tells What Now Phoenix that he plans to open this location sometime in the Fall of 2024. When it opens, customers can expect authentic and scratch-made Mexican food using quality ingredients, such as ribeye tacos, al pastor, mesquite-grilled carne asada, chicken, or authentic Mexican birria tacos.
While it’s unclear exactly where in Buckeye the new Tacos Barbon will open, it’s guaranteed to offer some of the best Mexican cuisine in town. In addition to having a variety of delicious options for lunch and dinner, the restaurant also serves breakfast and brunch daily starting at 7 a.m. Customers can expect various morning options, such as Ribeye steak and eggs, chilaquiles, mimosas, and more. Until the Buckeye location opens, Tacos Barbon has a food truck roaming the streets, encouraging guests to follow its social media for pop-up dates.
“The Tacos Barbon vision has been to expand its presence in the current communities of Goodyear,” according to the company’s website. “We want Tacos Barbon to become a place where the community can come and enjoy themselves with their families and make memories around great authentic Mexican food. We want to be a pillar in the communities we serve, creating job opportunities while also giving back to these communities. This is why we take great pride in offering only the highest quality in everything we do. From prime steak cuts to everything made from scratch, we always aim to deliver the best Mexican food.”
