Our Glendale readers should get pumped because one of Phoenix’s favorite taquerias has an expansion in the works. According to a liquor license application, Dean Le has some new plans for Tacos Culichi. The application is in place to serve at a new location on W Westgate Blvd.
Tacos Culichi has made a name for itself at its current location at 3004 McDowell Rd in Phoenix by serving top-notch, authentic taqueria fare in a relaxed, casual space.
This menu has all the hits—tacos, burritos, vampiros, and more. Culichi also boasts a wide selection of meats, offering classics like carne asada and al pastor as well as cabeza (aka beef head) for the more adventuresome crowd. Culichi also recently added everyone’s favorite trend, birria de res, to the menu, so keep an eye out for some Insta-friendly red tacos in Glendale too.
Tacos Culishi Westgate is headed to the heart of the Westgate Entertainment District and shares the space with neighbors like Yard House, Manna BBQ, and The Lola.
