The Ocotillo neck of the woods in Chandler is perhaps long overdue for its own neighborhood boba spot. Luckily, students from Bogle or Hamilton High, plus other local boba fanatics might be pleased to know that a new business called Tea Bliss is headed their way.

Recent real estate intel reveals that a 1,260 square-foot retail space at 2820 S. Alma School Road in Ocotillo Plaza will be taken over by Tea Bliss. The incoming local business will be replacing the former Pampered Foot Reflexology that neighbors Little Caesar’s and Tom’s BBQ.

Tea Bliss is owned by Khuong Huynh who, in correspondence with What Now Phoenix today, confirmed that they hope to open “within two months.” Huynh was not yet able to disclose any further details at the time, but public records from the Arizona Secretary of State reveal that the nature of the business is in serving boba tea.

Currently, there is only one Yelp-certified bubble tea shop south of Loop 202 and that’s DaYung’s Tea. Other popular spots such as RaphaTea, Meet Fresh, Boba Cutea, Share Tea and many others are mostly concentrated in northern Chandler.
