Il Bracco, part of Western Addition Restaurant Group, is a popular Texas restaurant offering homemade Italian-inspired cuisine. The upscale dining will open its first Scottsdale location on March 30, near the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Rose Lane. The Scottsdale location is the company’s first restaurant outside Texas, marking the beginning of its expansion across the country.

Il Bracco Brings Italian-Inspired Dining to Scottsdale This March

Il Bracco has a strong following in Texas and is known for its Italian-inspired menu, stylish interiors, and lively atmosphere. In Dallas, it has become one of the most sought-after reservations, often ranking among the most booked spots on OpenTable.

The restaurant is part of the Western Addition Restaurant Group, which was founded by Robert Quick and Matt Gottlieb. The group operates several restaurant concepts across Texas, mainly in Dallas and Houston.

The Scottsdale location will be the company’s first restaurant outside Texas and marks the beginning of its broader expansion.

Il Bracco will serve authentic Italian cuisine such as homemade pasta, bread, and desserts, along with fresh seafood and prime meats prepared in-house.

The Scottsdale location spans about 5,000 square feet and will seat around 165 guests. It also includes a patio with a fireplace. The interior design features materials like leather, wood, terrazzo, and marble. The overall design creates a warm, modern dining space that reflects the vibe of Arizona’s dining scene.

Excited about the opening, Robert Quick, founder, CEO, and chief culinary officer of Western Addition, shared, “Scottsdale’s lively dining scene and appreciation for craft made it the ideal place for our first expansion beyond Texas. We look forward to welcoming guests into what we hope feels like their new favorite table.”

Quick added that opening Il Bracco in Scottsdale gives the company a chance to introduce its mix of quality food, thoughtful design, and welcoming hospitality to a new community. Western Addition is currently hiring about 100 employees for the new restaurant.

The menu will feature several signature dishes that have helped make the restaurant popular in Texas. Highlights include crispy artichokes served with olive aioli, spicy gemelli pasta in vodka sauce, and the Plaza salad with roasted chicken, beets, pancetta, almonds, and goat cheese.

Other menu items include Mediterranean sea bass, a USDA Prime New York strip steak, and the Italian Sundae dessert, topped with pistachios and olive oil from Queen Creek Olive Mill.

The beverage program will include a curated wine list featuring selections from Italian regions such as Barolo, Barbaresco, and Brunello di Montalcino. Guests can also order cocktails, including the frozen Bracco made with Aperol and grapefruit. Along with the espresso martini, one of the restaurant’s favorites, prepared with premium Italian coffee liqueur and a shot of coffee from Cartel Roasting Co.

Matt Gottlieb, chief operating officer of Western Addition, said the team focuses on the small details that make each visit memorable.

He mentioned, “Everything that our Texas guests love — from the dishes crafted with consistency and care to the art-filled interiors — is here, ready for Scottsdale to experience.”

With its first Arizona location set to open soon, Il Bracco is expanding its footprint beyond Texas. The Scottsdale community will experience the restaurant’s popular Italian-inspired dishes and energetic dining experience soon.
