A brand new French-inspired wine bistro and cocktail lounge, The Audrey Wine Bistro, is getting ready to make its debut in Peoria at 9299 W Olive Ave, Suite 101.

The new business is set to move into the former home of Turquoise Wine Cellar & Tasting Room, according to a recent liquor license application. This is the latest from Laura Hernandez and Jen Sinconis, who launched Turquoise Wine Cellar & Tasting Room in Glendale in August 2022. Now, the duo is getting ready to open The Audrey on August 29, according to the company’s website, offering wine and cocktails inspired by the flavors of France.

When The Audrey opens at the end of the month, customers can expect the first and only champagne lounge in the West Valley. On top of having a variety of curated cocktails and wine tastings, The Audrey also promises to offer delicious farm-to-table food and unparalleled service. The bistro will have a handful of snacks and meals to share, such as charcuterie boards and crepes. While there will be bites to eat, the stars of the show will be the various wines and cocktails from around the world. Currently, the company is taking to social media to learn what customers want.

“Inspired by recent travels through France, our farm-to-table menu consists of crepes, paninis, charcuterie cheeses, and much more,” according to the company’s website. “Our wine list boasts a unique selection of boutique wines from around the world. Experience the quality that comes from small-lot production and family-run estates. Our in-house sommelier will make your visit to The Lounge an educational culinary event to remember! Experience our select cocktails curated to delight both the eyes and the taste buds.”
