The Stetson Social is opening at 8245 W. Happy Valley Road in Peoria next summer. Another new tenant announced at 83 Marketplace, The Stetson Social is to take over the vacancy that was previously going to be Howler’s.
The Stetson Social is brought to us by Chef Mario Rana, who has been cooking up delicious Italian fare down the road at Osteria Mia. This new sister restaurant will focus on Mediterranean inspired small plates, including bruschettas, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and salads.
A big focus for this new concept is its eclectic wine bar. There is already a survey out to excited customers about what kinds of wine varietals they would like to see. In addition to wine, The Stetson Social also promises craft beers and seasonal cocktails to suit any occasion.
