According to a pending liquor license found in state public records, a restaurant called Times Square is coming to Glendale. The applicant restaurant’s address is listed as 5775 W. Bell Road, which is the site of the newly revitalized Talavi Towne Centre.
While the restaurant’s name is listed simply as “Times Square,” it’s not entirely clear if this will be a new location for Times Square Neighborhood Italian Restaurant, which originated in Deer Valley. The owners of that chain have been contacted but have not yet returned requests for comment at the time of publication.
If it is the same restaurant, Glendale can soon expect the same delicious pizzas, pastas, Italian dishes, and American fare that is served in Deer Valley, Union Hills, and Litchfield Park. The local chain is known for serving high-quality meals in a casual environment where regulars even get their caricatures hung on the wall.
