Tulum Modern Kitchen & Cocktails is coming soon to the Westgate Entertainment District. The new dining experience will open this year at 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd. in Glendale, adding something fresh to a neighborhood that includes Bar Louie, Carousel Arcade Bar, and The Lola.
Owner Marco Martinez confirmed his plans for Tulum Modern Kitchen this week in a phone call with What Now Phoenix. At the moment they are still in the permitting stages of development, so he was unable to give a clear idea of when they might open.
For sure, he hopes to be ready before the end of the year. Until then, much of what we are to expect at Tulum Modern Kitchen is being kept under wraps while every last detail is fine tuned to perfection before being made public.
But based on their website, we imagine that we can expect an elevated dining and drinking experience that one might go to for date night or extra special occasions. Seasoned chefs will craft the menu with local in-season ingredients to present their vision with the highest possible quality.
