Turquoise Wine Bar, a contemporary wine bar and tasting room experience, has officially awarded its first franchise, set to open in Phoenix later this year at 504 E. Roosevelt Street.

The new location is owned by Oly Salgado and Jesse Salgado, according to Restaurant News. The new franchise team will bring Turquoise Wine Bar’s unique, refined yet approachable environment, complete with bistro-style seating and intentional wine-focused design elements, to Phoenix, offering the community a richer experience in wine discovery. The new Turquoise Wine Bar is set to open in late July 2025 in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, replacing the former home of Eat the Rich. The new location will feature indoor seating as well as a shaded, dog-friendly patio. The site will also include a Champagne lounge available for private group reservations.

Known for its boutique wines, wine tasting experiences, farm-to-table food, and unparalleled service, Turquoise Wine Bar is carefully curated to foster social connection and guest engagement. The unique wine-centric franchise not only caters to a wide variety of guests but also offers membership in its exclusive wine club. Wine club members enjoy a range of benefits, including VIP parties, free monthly tasting events, double-discount sales, priority Turquoise travel opportunities, and more. The downtown Phoenix menu will feature about 40 wines from around the world, available by the glass, in tasting flights, or crafted into sangrias and spritzes. Food offerings will include charcuterie, bruschetta, flatbreads, salads, and paninis. Unlike the original location, the new franchised site will also offer lunch service.

As the brand expands nationally, franchisees benefit from an extensive support system. The franchise model includes dual-phase initial training, detailed operations manuals, and guidance in all key business areas, including wine education, hiring, inventory management, marketing, and local store engagement. Ongoing support includes social media strategy, marketing assets, and staffing resources. Founded by Laura Hernandez and Jen Sinconis, Turquoise Wine Bar is a woman-owned business built on a foundation of hospitality, leadership, and wine culture. The franchise opportunity is designed for entrepreneurs seeking to develop a community-oriented business with a well-established framework and scalable growth potential. The Phoenix location marks the first of several planned franchise launches across the U.S.
