UNiQ Burger, founded by Daniel Homaijani, is heading for its first location at the northwest corner of Hayden and McDowell in south Scottsdale.

The burger joint focuses on burgers made with 100% plant-based ingredients.

The burgers themselves are comprised of an Impossible Patty, Follow Your Heart cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, their specialty UNiQ Sauce, and an Artisan bun.

According to the website, UNiQ Burger was “started to provide people with a delicious burger without having to consume any animal products.”

While the burgers are targeted for the vegan community, the hope for the burger joint is that anyone who just loves a good burger will enjoy one from here.

The burger joint has grown their social media following to over 1,000 followers on Instagram already. They’ve also already created their own jackets, sweatshirts and shirts bearing the brand’s logo that should be available alongside the opening.

While the social media platforms have been a little quiet of late, recent reporting from Mouth by Southwest suggests that the storefront for UNiQ burger will be ready by the end of fall 2021.
