Dynamite Beer Co. is a new taproom and bottle shop coming to 28212 N. Tatum Blvd. in Cave Creek. Owner Mike Chapman confirms with What Now Phoenix that an opening is projected for the end of summer.
“We’re looking forward to being Cave Creek’s only dedicated taproom and bottle shop,” Chapman says. Indeed, the closest you can get to a taproom experience in the area is probably Black Mountain Tavern & Distillery, while Safeway and Fry’s are pretty much the only options when it comes to shopping for bottles.
Dynamite Beer Co. will feature beers and wines on tap, of course, plus a menu of sharable bites. These aspects of the business are still in their development stages. Meanwhile, the city of Phoenix just issued Dynamite a building permit to begin construction in a couple weeks.
Chapman anticipates a 12 week buildout phase. Until they open, Dynamite Beer Co. already has a website, where you can sign up to get updates on the opening and be in the know about their future rotating craft beverages and taproom events.
