Pure Patio, an outdoor living store based in Goodyear, is eying its second location at 13710 W Bell Road out in Surprise at the Surprise Towne Center.

The store, owned by Anesia St. Clair, has been around since 2015 serving the greater Phoenix area.

Leasing intel suggests that the new space, which used to house a Pier 1 Imports, will house just under 9,500 square feet of space.

The website states the company “appreciates luxury. We entertain, we kick back with family, and we BBQ. We spend our days surrounded by the products we offer.”

Those products come in designer-made furniture made to enhance homeowner’s outdoor projects.

The furniture stylings cover composite — or recycled plastic— woven and aluminum bases. They also offer in-home consultations for clients who need a little extra help with color, fabric coordination or space planning with a selection of offered pieces.

What Now Phoenix reached out to St. Clair for more comment, but she was unavailable on Monday. However, an employee for the store did confirm that the second location here was in the works.

No official opening date has been issued as of now.
