Biltmore Fashion Park’s multi-phase redevelopment is well underway. RED Development announced the addition and expansion of stores on the property. The new additions are part of the property’s evolution and reflect its spirit of modern luxury.

“These latest additions reflect the spirit of modern luxury, where design, wellness, and community intersect,” says Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development. “They signal the kind of elevated, intentional evolution we’ve envisioned.”

The redevelopment honors the property’s mid-century modern roots while introducing a modern shopping experience. The enhanced design of the property and the upgraded landscaping will bring a new look to the center. The plan will elevate the prestigious center and create a blend of heritage and innovation.

Biltmore Fashion Park to Welcome New Showrooms

Biltmore Fashion Park will welcome three new brands to the luxury shopping property. A 2,060-square-foot space will be occupied by Herman Miller in early 2026. The globally celebrated ergonomic furniture brand finds the center perfect for its growth.

“Biltmore Fashion Park is a natural location for our offering,” says Debbie Propst, president of Herman Miller’s parent company. “We’re excited to better serve the community with this stunning new space.”

By the end of the year, Algo Yoga will open in Biltmore Fashion Park, occupying 4,349 square feet of space. Occupying the former My Sister’s Closet store, the brand will present a variety of its products.

La La Land Kind Café will join Biltmore Fashion Park’s expanding dining lineup. Making its Phoenix debut, it will occupy a 1,262-square-foot space near True Kitchen.

Lululemon will also upgrade during this redevelopment as its existing space doubles. The brand will occupy the newly developed 5,666-square-foot space. The store will open in the Fall of 2025 and will welcome visitors for an upgraded experience.

Home to 45 shops and restaurants, Biltmore Fashion Park offers a luxurious shopping experience. Both national and local favorites occupy a space in the center, including flagship retailers. From Ralph Lauren to Macy’s, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and more, this Crown Jewel has it all.

The center has maintained its role in the community whenever the opportunity arises. Recently, a Global Running Day event was organized, powered by Lululemon, and attracted nearly 1,000 attendees. It was hosted in partnership with the Phoenix Run Club, Scottsdale Run Club, and BLK Arizona Run Club.

Bringing together the community with similar high-energy marathons, the center is looking forward to its upcoming events. The center also hosts events that are more relaxing yet entertaining. The annual Art d’Core gala, hosted by Artlink Inc., brings together artists, businesses, and communities, and will return in 2026.

Now, RED Development is taking the center to the next level with its vision. Known for its vibrant and well-trafficked ground-up developments, RED has created a presence in the industry. With its headquarters in Phoenix, the company has proven itself to be a leading name in its 30 years. Now, with the redevelopment of Biltmore Fashion Park, locals can look forward to some grand changes. These are changes that will upgrade the shopping and dining experience once the redevelopment is complete.
