Michael and Priscilla Sweet founded Silver Rose Bakery five years ago with the goal of hand-delivering their custom cakes and desserts to homes and families throughout Arizona. Their treats, based on recipes Prescilla developed at home long before their business was booming, are now widely adored by wedding guests, birthday boys and girls, and corporate honchos alike.

Now, with a growing customer base and high demand for their desserts, Michael and Priscilla are opening a large production facility at 2814 W Bell Road in Phoenix. The purpose of the new spot, Michael explained, is not only to expand their kitchen, but to offer customers a place to go for consultations and tastings. According to Michael, there will even be a small retail shop inside, “in case anyone wants a cake pop on their way out.”

Silver Rose Bakery plans to open the new space later this summer. But for now, you can order your custom, personalized cake or dessert on their website
