According to a recent permit filing, Salut, Cherie will be opening at 2726 North Killingsworth Street.

“If all goes well, we will be able to open our doors October 10th,” Emad Hashad told What Now Portland, “We will be offering French wines and cocktails, as well as multiple French cheese options. We will also be hosting open mic nights on the last Wednesday of every month.”

Emad also stated that Salut, Cherie will be open Monday through Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM, with live music being hosted Thursday through Saturday from 7 PM to 10 PM. Additionally, the permit filing states that their outdoor serving hours would include food and alcohol options every day from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Upon further digging outside of their recent permit filing, it looks like Salut, Cherie would share the same address as Mac Wine Cellars. The business is a more recent development within the last three months, registering the company on May 24th of this year. The company’s filing status is listed as active, with the company registered under Emad Hashad, according to Bizapedia.
