According to a recent permit filing, Coco Boba Tea has filed for a location in Vancouver at 5922 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard.
A representative of Coco Boba Tea was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what Coco Boba plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Coco Boba was filed for under Coco Boba Tea LLC.
Bizapedia states that Coco Boba Tea LLC was incorporated on October 31st, 2023. Three people are listed on the business filing: Kevin Nguyen, Cuong Ngo, and Minhtriet Nguyen.
According to Washington Company Search, Kevin is behind multiple LLCs in Washington state. Some of those businesses are KZ Foundation LLC, Tailored Fit LLC, KN Consultant LLC, and others alongside Coco Boba Tea.
Minhtriet is also behind multiple other LLCs besides Coco Boba Tea LLC, such as P Mira LLC, AAAPT LLC, and VNN Invest LLC. Cuong is stated to be behind Angel Nails S Corp alongside Coco Boba Tea, according to the search.
