New Oswego Grill Vancouver Opening Slated For August

An opening date is now set for the Oregon restaurant.

The restaurant and grill with a major presence in the Pacific Northwest has confirmed the opening of their Vancouver location.

What Now Portland previously reported the new Oswego Grill location is coming to 1919 SE Columbia River Drive in Vancouver sometime this year. It followed signing a lease to take over the space of the former Beaches Restaurant & Bar. Now, the opening date has been announced.

“Oswego Grill at Columbia Shores – Opening August 12, 2025,” says the description at the top of their website.

The restaurant is known for its Pacific Northwest ingredients, with many seafood dishes offered. For entrees, there is the stuffed salmon, jumbo prawn butternut squash risotto, along with steaks, rib eye, burgers and sandwiches, salads and poke bowls. 

“With current locations in Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Wilsonville and Clackamas, Oregon, Oswego Grill looks forward to extending its reach across the Columbia River to bring our family owned and operated restaurants to Vancouver, Washington,” said a press release from Crossroads Restaurant Group which owns Oswego Grill.

The company has been around since 2009, and they currently have four locations in Beaverton, Clackamas, Lake Oswego and Wilsonville. When speaking on the phone with Crossroads Restaurant Group, it was indicated that district manager James Arnold will be overseeing the new Vancouver restaurant.

Oswego also posted on social media that the location is opening, but there have been no further announcements as of now. What Now Portland has been in contact with Crossroads Restaurant Group, and this article may be updated.
