With locations in Portland and Beaverton, Phin Caphe has made a name for itself with its Vietnamese coffee, boba tea, matcha, smoothies, and more. Now, it’s building on its success to launch a third location in Happy Valley.

“Basically, we wanted to bring Vietnamese Coffee culture to Portland, and we hope everyone will come try it,” co-owner Chloe Duong told What Now on Friday, describing the steady growth of business that began in Portland in 2022, expanded to Beaverton in 2024, and now—just on schedule, so to speak—is planning a third location for 2026.

“The store is under construction right now. We have no grand opening date yet, but it should be in late May.”

Brought to Happy Valley by popular demand, Phin Caphe’s third outpost will serve the same menu available in Portland and Beaverton. It features coffee drinks like Thai Coffee, Vietnamese Coffee, Pandan Coffee (a milk coffee with Pandan Foam) and Ube Coffee. There are also Milk Tea flavors like Thai Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea; Smoothie varieties like Taro Coconut and Mango Colada; and, if you’re hungry, Banh Mi.
