7 Brew is rapidly expanding throughout Texas, with plans for dozens of locations, including one set to open in the Greater San Antonio area this Summer. According to a recently filed state permit, the rapidly growing coffee chain is set to open in Hidalgo County, in the city of Mission, at N. Shary Rd. The permit does not display the site’s full address. However, the permit does share that construction on the new cafe is set to start at the tail end of March this year and wrap up by the end of July 2026.
At the helm of the franchise is Tejas Brewistas.
“Tejas Brewistas stores will span across South Texas!” The group’s website reads.
“7 Brew was born out of a desire to use coffee – a simple element of modern living – as a vehicle to spread kindness, love, and connections. People are at the heart of what we do! We’re more than coffee. We’re 7 Brew, and our mission is to build communities by brewing smiles one cup at a time.”
What Now San Antonio reached out to Tejas Brewistas’ Edward Sullivan for more details about the opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
What started as a drive-thru coffee stand offering seven signature drinks in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew has grown into a national brand with nearly 500 locations. Aiming to bring joy and connection to the drive-thru experience, the quick-service coffee experience has since exploded into a nationwide phenomenon, known for its extensive customizable menu with more than 20,000 combinations and a strong “cultivating kindness” culture.
“Our secret sauce is not a flavor. It’s a feeling!” the website reads.
“Take a sip of any drink, and joy hits you just as hard as that double-shot of espresso. Because getting your daily dose of energy isn’t just about quality and speed. At 7 Brew, it’s about the connections we make.”
