A New Bar Is Coming to Fiesta on Cevallos

According to a recently submitted permit application, a new bar concept is coming to 415 E Cevallos Street in San Antonio, the home of retail space Fiesta on Cevallos, where it will land near Casa Hernán Mexican Cantina, La Tuna Icehouse, and Leche de Tigre Cebicheria Peruana.

Behind the upcoming yet-to-be-named concept is Tony Coss — the owner of Box Car, Green Lantern, and La Roca.

What Now San Antonio spoke briefly with Coss, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Renovations to the space are scheduled to begin on March 1 and be completed by September. For an estimated $180,000, the work will be carried out by local firm Thorn Architects

An opening date has not been announced, so stay tuned for updates.
