San Antonio’s local community members, Deborah and Martin Bomba, will own and operate the new PJ’s Coffee location. The couple also runs other family businesses, including Window World TX and Brickstone.

According to Bomba, when you find a brand that truly focuses on quality like PJ’s, it makes you want to invest in it.

“From small-batch roasting and superior sourcing to the signature guest experience, the standards are high, and the commitment to quality is real,” said Bomba. “Expanding with a third location reflects my confidence in the concept and my commitment to growing alongside the San Antonio community.”

The new café is currently hiring between 10 and 15 baristas ahead of its opening. Applicants can apply online and are encouraged to bring a resume.

The construction at the location has been completed, and more details about the grand opening celebrations are expected to be announced soon. The coffee chain now has more than 185 locations nationwide, with this becoming its eighth store in San Antonio.

The new opening marks a new chapter in the PJ’s Coffee chain’s journey. With its prominent location, the cafe will become a staple for the San Antonio community.
