According to a recently submitted construction permit application, a new Thai bakery is coming to San Antonio’s Far West Side.
Taking over Suite 400 at 14211 Potranco Road, Daily Banh Mi Bakery will land near eateries such as Burger King, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
What Now San Antonio contacted the concept’s owner, Anquoc Le, to inquire about the upcoming shop, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
The interior finish-out of the 2,300-square-foot space will begin tomorrow, September 29, and, if things go according to plan, will be completed by March 2024. The renovations are estimated to cost $130,000 in total.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
