According to a recently signed lease agreement, San Antonio’s Goomba’s Pizzeria is looking to add a new location — this time in Cibolo.
Coming to Steele Plaza at 1387 FM 1103, the eatery will land just down the road from H-E-B, joining existing tenants Firefly Pizza and Scooter Coffee.
What Now San Antonio reached out to owner María Eugenia Brun Lavin to inquire about the upcoming location, but she could not provide further information before publication.
Nevertheless, Cibolo residents can expect authentic Italian food made with the “freshest, premium ingredients and traditional, regional recipes,” according to the pizzeria’s website.
At its flagship location at 4522 Fredericksburg Road, the menu boasts a wide array of pizza options, both traditional and fusion-style, as well as salads, wings, calzones, stromboli, sub sandwiches, pasta, and desserts.
