“Southern-inspired” breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain Another Broken Egg Cafe is making massive moves in Texas.
According to Restaurant News, after already opening eight outposts this year, the franchise is developing locations in major Texas markets, “with specific priority for identifying new franchise partners in San Antonio, Dallas, South Texas, and the Texas panhandle” — aspiring to have a total of 16 eateries up and running before 2024.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the franchise, Another Broken Egg Cafe describes itself as “an upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant that specializes in award-winning, Southern-inspired menu options with innovative twists and signature cocktails.”
“We’re eager to continue to grow Another Broken Egg Cafe’s footprint through upcoming cafe openings and the development of additional units in Texas,” Chief Development Officer Jeff Sturgis tells Restaurant News.
