According to a recently submitted permit application, Beans & Brews Coffeehouse is expanding its footprint in San Antonio.
Coming to 9139 Grissom Road, the cafe will land near AutoZone Auto Parts, KFC, and Midas.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the outpost’s franchisee, Brad Peaks, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that the finish out of the 665-square-foot space is scheduled to begin on December 2 and finish on March 14, 2015. For an estimated $150,000, local firm Galson Inc. will carry out the project.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, it offers a brief introduction on its website: “Beans & Brews Coffeehouse has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park.”
“The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which required special tweaks just like high-altitude baking. They soon got the process just right, and they built a reputation for uniquely smooth coffee in a friendly neighborhood setting,” the statement continues.
Beans & Brews Coffeehouse currently operates over 78 locations across Idaho, Nevada, Texas, and Utah.
