Bleu Bar is setting up shop in an unoccupied location that was just waiting to get plucked. The new dining concept is set to open on the famous Blanco Road at 100 Blanco Rd. The construction timeline maps out a possible January 2027 opening.

Construction on the new bar just started, according to a recently filed permit, and is slated to be wrapped up by mid-January 2027. The $200,000 project etches out a 3,543 square-foot space for the new concept to live.

Bleu Bar will be in good company. 100 Blanco Road is home to a number of notable and memorable venues and eateries, including the Blanco Cafe.

But details about the new bar set to come to the area are still somewhat of a mystery. Victor M. Cabrera Jr. is listed as the tenant on the permit. What Now San Antonio reached out to Cabrera to find out more details about the opening. Cabrera confirmed the Bleu Bar would be opening at the location, but could not share any further details by the time of this publication.

There’s no website up just yet for the Bleu Bar, but from what it sounds like, interested parties can expect another place to enjoy adult beverages sprouting up at 100 Blanco Rd. within the next year or two.

As excitement mounts, keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest on this new opening set to Blanco Road in the Alamo City early next year.

Bleu Bar is expected to open at 100 Blanco Rd by January 2027.
