Buen Dia Chilaquiles Is Debuting A New Outpost, This Time in San Antonio

Buen Dia Chilaquiles is opening at an undisclosed San Antonio address according to recent KSAT reporting.

“Bringing Chilaquiles Buen Dia to San Antonio is a dream come true for us,” Pan y Agua partner Nick Salgado said in a recent press release. “We’re thrilled to share our passion for authentic Mexican flavors with the vibrant community of San Antonio, inviting them to experience the warmth and authenticity of our taqueria-inspired eatery.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with Pan y Agua, the restaurant group is operated by Salgado, Octavio Gomez, and Chef Rudy Valdes. It is also behind eateries Crave Kitchen and Bar, Fool’s Gold, and Malolam Cantina.

The restaurant will sell a classic Tex-Mex lineup of chilaquiles, tacos, beer, cocktails, and aguas frescas. KSAT adds that chilaquiles will be served with “a variety of salsa flavors, including rojo, chipotle, habanero, entomatados, chile verde, and creamy green.”
