According to a recent press release, Canadian breakfast chain Pür & Simple is preparing to open a new location in San Antonio.

Coming to U.S. Highway 281, “the restaurant aims to provide a cozy atmosphere and a comprehensive menu catering to various dietary needs, making it a perfect spot for families and friends to gather for breakfast.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, “Pür & Simple has made a name for itself up north, running over 40 locations across Canada.”

The menu will boast stacked pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict, waffles, omelets, and burgers — as well as smoothies and coffee-based beverages.

Franchisees Alejandra and Rafael Mendible tell What Now San Antonio, “We are very excited about bringing this incredible franchise to the San Antonio market. Our focus is on hospitality, a savory and healthy menu, as well as a bright family-friendly environment for our guests.”

They continue, “We should be opening in early June, as we are going through the buildout period.”

Stay tuned for updates.
