Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality plans to debut a new concept, Beau’s Tiny Diner, at 1001 S Alamo Street — taking over the former Little Em’s space, near eateries such as Hot Joy, Pizzeria Vesuvio, and Tito’s Mexican.

Houston Carpenter, Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality’s co-owner and director of operations, tells MySA, “Beau’s plans to offer diner favorites: pancakes, club sandwiches, T-bone steaks, and of course, milkshakes. Guests can expect to see draft beer, wine, and an espresso program on the menu as well.”

“I’m looking forward to taking my girls in to Beau’s for honey buns before school, taking clients there for lunch, and date nights during dinner with Em,” Houston adds.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality, the restaurant group was founded by Houston and his wife Em Carpenter, and operates local dining concepts such as Go Fish Wine Bar, Ninetwwn Hyaku, and Restaurant Claudine.

Beau’s Tiny Diner is slated to open “later this year,” according to MySA. Stay tuned for updates.
