According to CultureMap, Cedar Park-based restaurant Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse plans to debut a new outpost, this time in San Antonio.

Coming to 7807 W Loop 1604 N — joining the upcoming development Portico at Shaenfield Ranch by the developer Dominion Advisory Group — the eatery will land near establishments such as Big Hops Shaenfield, Yoshiya Umami Beef Bowl, and Wapo Taco TX.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owners, Ileana and Jesus Salazar, to learn more about the business. Ileana provided additional information about the company’s operations via email, sharing, “We are a family-owned and operated company. The ownership team includes my husband, Jesus Salazar, who serves as our CEO; our nephew, Juan Diego Martinez, who is our COO; and our very good friend, Joshua Avigael, who is our CFO, along with his wife, Kelly Avigael.”
