According to MySA, Chick-fil-A is gearing up to debut its first outpost in Fredericksburg.
“On January 3, the Fredericksburg Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional-use permit and preliminary plat for a Chick-fil-A with a drive-thru,” the report shares, adding that the City Council voted on the project on January 16.
Coming to the Southeast corner of Friendship Lane and Hwy 87, the eatery will land near establishments such as Fairfield Hotel, Peach Haus, and Wet N Jet Car Wash.
“The Fredricksburg location’s plans include having an indoor playground, indoor and outdoor seating, and a mobile order pick-up area with its own entrance. There will also be a double drive-thru lane that can serve 54 cars and around 70 parking spaces,” shares MySA.
Chick-fil-A in Fredericksburg is slated to open in 2025.
