A new Chick-fil-A will be coming to San Antonio some time next year at Loop 410 & Evers, per a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration. The ground-up construction will begin in late July and is expected to finish in late December, according to the filing.
What Now San Antonio recently reached out to the Director of Southwest Restaurant Development, Steve Lewis, but he was not immediately available for comment.
The new location will feature a quick-service restaurant, drive-thru and outdoor canopies for customers.
Chick-fil-A has over 400 location in Texas, of which more than 30 are in San Antonio. This latest construction is expected to cost over $1.2 million, and will build out an area of 4,779 square feet of coverage.
