According to CultureMap San Antonio, Chops & Eggs Hash House, a Corpus Christi-based restaurant known for its farm-to-table fare and all-day breakfast options, plans to expand in the San Antonio area.
Coming to TPC Town Plaza in Cibolo Canyons — a multi-million-dollar retail and dining development located one mile east of Hwy 28 on TPC Parkway — the concept will land alongside establishments such as the American sports bar and grill Ginger’s, and Pan Dulce, which will serve Mexican baked goods and coffee-based beverages.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Jordan Jaradat, to inquire about the expansion plans; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, based on operations at the Corpus Christi restaurant, San Antonio locals can expect the Chops & Eggs menu to offer hash options — such as crab cake hash, chorizo hash, and corned beef hash, all served over crispy potatoes — as well as flapjacks, omelets, eggs benedict, crepes, waffles, and French toast.
For diners who enjoy a more traditional lunch, the menu also boasts burgers and sandwiches — and, for dinner, patrons will be able to enjoy steak, lamb tips, or fried chicken.
