According to a recently submitted permit application, Clean Eatz is expanding its San Antonio-area presence, gearing up to debut a new outpost in Universal City early next year.

Coming to 2935 Pat Booker Road, Suite 124, the restaurant will land near establishments such as Bubba’s 33, Kung Fu Tea, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the outpost’s franchisee, Howell Hsieh, to inquire about his plans for the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, it offers a brief introduction on its website: “Clean Eatz, which launched in 2013 and started franchising in 2015, was co-founded by husband-and-wife duo Don and Evonne Varady.”

The statement continues, “We are heart-driven to Change Livez through clean, balanced food, thought-provoking education, and motivational support that inspires results.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
