Famous international coffee and donut shop franchise Dunkin’ Donuts plans to introduce another outpost in San Antonio — this time on the city’s East Side.

Coming to 150 S WW White Road, the shop will take over a vacant commercial space that formerly belonged to Inland Truck Parts and Service near, Bill Miller BBQ, Larita’s Mexican, and Pizza Hut.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the outpost’s franchisee, Andy Ali, of 1525 Donuts Inc. — who is opening another Dunkin’ Donuts outpost at 1525 SW Military Drive this July — but he was unable to offer further information before publication.

Nevertheless, a recent construction permit provides additional insight.

According to the filing, the development and tenant build-out of the 2,149-square-foot outpost will begin in August and is estimated to be finished by December. Executed by the San Antonio-based firm MCMB Commercial Properties, LLC, the project will cost a projected $750,000 in total.

In line with existing shops nationwide and beyond, patrons can expect to find donuts, signature breakfast items, and a variety of coffee-based drinks on the menu.
