According to a report by Restaurant News, EZBachi — a chain of fast-casual, Japanese-style food trucks and restaurants across Arizona and Texas — is planning to open its first restaurant in San Antonio, thanks to franchisees Rob and Sylvia Ferrel.
EZBachi Owner and Founder Jerry Curiel tells the publication, “When I first met with the Ferrels, who have traveled around the world and tasted a variety of menus, they both expressed that no other flavors come close to what we present at EZBachi.”
The address of the upcoming outpost, however, has not yet been announced.
For readers unfamiliar with the franchise, “inspired by the time-honored art of teppanyaki,” the eatery is known for having hibachi chefs “put on a mesmerizing performance” and “showcase their knife-wielding skills” as they prepare meals.
On the menu, patrons can expect to find plates such as grilled lobster, teriyaki steak, and garlic butter shrimp, as well as dumplings, udon noodles, and lunch bowls.
The address and opening date have not yet been announced, so follow EZBachi on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
