According to a recently submitted permit application, Fatburger plans to expand its San Antonio footprint.
Coming to 13480 N US Hwy 281, the eatery will land near establishments such as Holiday Inn, Indian Food Stories, and The Angry Elephant.
Operations Manager of the Fatburger Division at Brame Holdings, Bobby Perez, tells What Now San Antonio, “We currently have two locations in San Antonio… We have one in New Braunfels that we opened just over a month ago.”
He continues, “We will open 40 units in Texas in the next 10 years… six locations for San Antonio, those locations and leases are being negotiated now, but all of them will open during the first and second quarter of next year.”
The finish-out of the 2,200-square-foot space is scheduled to begin on January 13 and finish on April 25, 2025, and will cost an estimated $200,000 to complete.
