According to a recently submitted permit application, Fatburger is expanding in San Antonio.
Coming to Suite 112 at 24531 IH-10 W, the eatery will land near establishments such as Chick-fil-A, Silver Fox, and Summer Moon Coffee.
The finish-out of the existing 2,423-square-foot spot is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2025, and finish on May 9. For an estimated $202,875, local firm Galson Inc. will carry out the project.
Operations Manager of the Fatburger Division at Brame Holdings, Bobby Perez, tells What Now San Antonio, “We currently have two locations in San Antonio, this will be our third. We have one in New Braunfels that we opened just over a month ago.”
He continues, “We will open 40 units in Texas in the next 10 years… six locations for San Antonio, those locations and leases are being negotiated now, but all of them will open during the first and second quarter of next year.”
As far as the opening date goes, Perez shares, “We’re anticipating May.” Stay tuned for updates.
