According to a recently submitted permit application, franchise operator FB of Texas, LLC plans to debut a new Fatburger outpost in San Antonio.
Coming to 7514 S New Braunfels Avenue, Suite 2101, the eatery will land near establishments such as BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Pluckers.
Bobby Perez of FB of Texas tells What Now San Antonio, “This is going to be our fourth location, we’ll be in the Country Side Plaza shopping center.”
“There will be seating inside… It’s a very busy, very established area, and that’s why we chose it,” he continues.
Additionally, the filing reveals that renovations are scheduled to begin on May 1 and finish on August 29. For an estimated $189,375, the improvements to the 2,525-square-foot spot will be carried out by Galson Inc.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
