The beloved Beverly Hills-based burger chain Fatburger is planning to open a new outpost in San Antonio’s Far West Side.

According to a recent permit application, the eatery intends to take over a 2,150-square-foot space that formerly belonged to Sleep Number at 6507 W Loop 1604 N, near eateries such as Taco Palenque, Texas Roadhouse, and The Longhorn Cafe.

Behind the outpost is franchisee Brame Holdings, LLC — a group that already owns and manages numerous food and beverage operations across the state, including Beans and Brews Coffeehouse, Fatburger, and Round Table Pizza.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Brame Holdings, LLC Officer Michael Bravo — an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, real estate development, automotive repair, auto dealership, and the restaurant business — but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Beginning in mid-July and wrapping up in late November, the renovations will be carried out by AG Associates Architects for a projected $200,000.
