Fischer’s Neighborhood Market is expanding to Spring Branch and bringing a quick-serve restaurant along with it.

According to a recently submitted permit application, the business plans to construct a one-story, 7,199-square-foot space at 14240 US Hwy 281 North  near establishments such as Holiday Inn, Indian Food Stories, and The Roo Pub.

What Now San Antonio contacted the concept’s owner and CEO, Sandra Fischer, to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Construction of the convenience store and quick-serve restaurant plus drive-thru is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2024, to be completed by June 1. For an estimated $2,750,000, the project will be carried out by Absolute Design Partners.
