According to a recently submitted permit application, Dallas-based multi-brand franchisor BRIX Holdings plans to debut a new Orange Leaf outpost in Cibolo next fall.

Coming to 646 W FM 78, Suite 145, Orange Leaf — known for allowing patrons to customize frozen yogurts by “mixing and matching yogurt flavors, toppings and more” — will land near establishments such as Jalisco’s Bar & Grill, Mako’s on the Creek, and Serenity Nails & Spa.

What Now San Antonio reached out to BRIX Holding’s Vice President Luke Mandola to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Renovations to the existing 1,400-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on April 16 and be completed on August 26. For an estimated $300,000, Irving-based firm IDStudio4, LLC will carry out the project.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Orange Leaf on Facebook for updates.
