Fuddruckers, a burger chain founded in San Antonio in 1979, plans to debut a new outpost in North Star Mall at 7400 San Pedro Avenue — joining dining tenants such as Blue Star Brewing Company, Kona Grill, and The Cheesecake Factory.

According to MySA, the chain is also opening “four additional mall locations in Texas, and ten total across the U.S.” — backed by Black Titan Franchise Systems LLC and Brookfield Properties.

“We anticipate creating approximately 150 new jobs in these areas, further expanding our Fuddruckers family of employees,” CEO Nicholas Perkins tells the journal.

What Now San Antonio contacted Barry McCauley, Jr., Executive Vice President at Black Titan, to inquire about the upcoming outposts, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Stay tuned for updates.
